Product information

Pictures can vary slightly from reality but we always try to take photos that is so true they can be in both color and shapes.

We reserves the right if there would be any misprint in our shop like a product is out of stock or other misprint that can happen by mistake. 

Prices & Payments

25% VAT are included in all pieces of jewelry for purchase in Sweden. Other VAT numbers if you live outside of Sweden.

Prices are current and may change.

Order and Delivery

Customers are responsible for payment if there is a custom duty in their country.

When you order from our shop you will receive an order confirmation to your email with detailed information. If you would notice anything wrong with the information of your order, you have to contact us on our email as fast as possible so we can update to the right details.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that their name, adress, email and other information is correct. 

We reserves the right to change the delivery time if needed and the customer will be informed by email if that would be the case.

If delivery is delayed more than 30 days, the customer has the right to cancel the order and get their money back. 

If the package are not being picked up in time by the customer and is sent back to us, we have the right to charge the customer for the fee of the new shipping and other costs for administration.

Returns & Withdrawal

The withdrawal period is 14 days after receiving the product. 

If the customer want to send back their product they have to inform us on email with all the necessary information about the order before sending it back to us. We will then give them all the information on how to send the product back to us.

When a customer is shipping a product back to us, the customer is responsible for the safety of the shipping and stands for the costs. And the customer have to send the package with a tracking number and proof of the shipping to us.

The product has to be sent back to us in it's original form and it must not have been used. We will take a look at the product to see that it looks like it did when we send it to the customer and after that make a refund to the customer if we think the product looks fine. 

When returns don’t apply:

We can not offer the right to return products that are in the category of special made orders. That includes when you choose gemstones, jewelry made after your own size, engraved items and choice of material.

Change size on jewelry

The customer is responsible for checking up their right size before ordering a piece of jewelry.

We reserve the right that not every piece of jewelry is possible to change in size. Reach out to us before ordering to make sure it's possible to change the size if needed.

If it's a change in size that we can do without major problems (like a very tiny change in size), the customer pay for the shipping costs back to us and we pay the shipping back to them and do the work for free.

If it's a more severe change of size but still possible to make, we take a smaller fee for the work.
